Have you been labelled “high risk” during your pregnancy?
That label can bring up a whole mix of emotions, fear, frustration, sadness, or even a sense of losing control over your own pregnancy and birth experience.
This class is here to remind you that you are still the heart of your pregnancy.
That even with medical input, interventions, and care plans, there is still room to feel connected, calm, and in tune with your baby and your body.
What Does “High Risk” Mean?
If your pregnancy is classed as high risk, your care will usually be led by a doctor or consultant, rather than solely by a midwife.
This might be due to factors like previous birth experiences, medical conditions, multiples, or pregnancy complications but it doesn’t mean you can’t move, breathe, or connect with your baby safely.
This class offers space for you to reclaim the emotional and mindful side of pregnancy, even within a more medical model of care.

Gentle, safe yoga sequences suitable for high-risk pregnancies (with options for all stages).

A supportive, understanding environment, no pressure, no expectations, just space to be.
Why I Created This Class
This session is inspired by my own experience of being labelled high risk.
When my plans suddenly changed, I found it difficult to reconcile medical reality with my desire to stay connected and present.
This class was born from that experience, a space to honour your pregnancy and your journey, even when you have to hand over some control to medical professionals.
Because you still deserve to feel calm, connected, and empowered.
