Join a 3 week pregnancy yoga course in Clitheroe, Ribble Valley.
his specially designed program supports your body, mind and emotions as you prepare for birth. Each session includes a complete yoga class tailored to the needs of pregnancy, along with a unique weekly theme to guide and inspire you through each stage of your journey into motherhood.
WEEKLY THEMES:
MOVE – Gentle, strengthening yoga postures to support your changing body and encourage optimal positioning for birth.
BREATHE – Simple breathwork practices to help you stay calm, focused and grounded through pregnancy and labour.
GET UPRIGHT – Explore active birth positions and pelvic floor awareness to help baby navigate the pelvis with ease. VISUALISE – Deep guided relaxations to help you connect with your inner wisdom and envision a positive birth.
SURRENDER – Learn how to work with your hormones and birth environment to support a smoother, more instinctive labour.
HONOUR – Reclaim birth as a powerful, personal rite of passage—something to be celebrated, not feared.
After each class, you’ll receive an online guide to help you explore the theme further at home.
