Each Week Has a Purpose:
Every week we have a full yoga class but structure it around a theme:
WEEK 1: Move
Gentle, strengthening and grounding movement to help ease common pregnancy discomforts and prepare for birth.
WEEK 2: Breathe
Explore breathwork techniques for calm, connection, and resilience during pregnancy and in labour.
WEEK 3: Anatomy
Understand the pregnant and birthing body—learn how movement and positioning can support your unique birth.
WEEK 4: Surrender
Soften, release tension, and practice letting go physically, mentally and emotionally.
WEEK 5: Visualise
Tap into your intuition and inner strength. Visualisation, mindset, and embodiment tools for birth confidence.
WEEK 6: Honour
A space to reflect on your journey, honour your body and baby, and feel held as you approach birth.
