This online yoga class is a nurturing space for mothers at any point in their postnatal journey, whether you're six weeks or six years after giving birth. If you're looking to reconnect with your body, restore a sense of calm, and gently rebuild strength, you're in the right place.

Created with the ongoing demands of motherhood in mind, each class offers a blend of gentle, functional movement, breathwork, and deep rest. We focus on core and pelvic floor awareness, ease out tension in the shoulders and hips, and help you feel grounded and supported, without any pressure to “bounce back.”

Whether you're a brand-new mum or your youngest is off to school, you're warmly welcome.

Together, we’ll explore foundational yoga practices and gradually build strength and flexibility over time.

Come exactly as you are. Camera on or off, baby on your lap or kids tucked in bed, this is your time.

Who it's for:
Mums who are at least 6 weeks postpartum. All bodies, all birth stories, and all experiences are welcome.

What you’ll need:
A yoga mat, a blanket or cushion, and anything else that brings you comfort and support.
