A moment of calm, just for you

This 4 week postnatal yoga course is a gentle invitation to come back to yourself. To reconnect with your body after birth. To exhale. To be held.

Each weekly session offers safe, nurturing yoga practices designed for the postnatal time, whether you're 6 weeks or 6 years postpartum. All births, bodies and babies are welcome here.

You don’t need your camera on. You don’t even need to be alone. Just bring your tired body, your full heart, and a bit of floor space and we’ll take it from there.

What’s Included:

  • 4 x live 60-minute online classes 8–9pm
    A mix of mindful movement, breathwork, and deep rest to support physical and emotional recovery.

  • Weekly themes to support your postnatal journey
    Movement, nervous system support, breath awareness and self-compassion.

  • Access to replays if you miss a session
    Recordings sent within 24 hours perfect if baby needs you or bedtime takes longer.

  • Zero pressure to perform
    Come in your PJs, camera off, lying on the sofa if you need. This is your time.

What You’ll Experience:

WEEK 1: Ground
Gently reconnect with your breath, body and pelvic floor.

WEEK 2: Soothe
Movement and breathwork to calm the nervous system and ease tension.

WEEK 3: Strengthen
Low-impact, stabilising postures to support your postnatal body.

WEEK 4: Restore
Longer guided rest and gentle poses to replenish your energy.
